Botox is a popular non-surgical cosmetic treatment that patients have used for decades to reduce the overall appearance of facial wrinkles, particularly around the eyes. While it has many uses within the medical field, Botox is most commonly associated with lessening the appearance of crow’s feet, also known as lateral canthal lines. These are the fine lines and wrinkles that often develop at the corners of our eyes when we smile or squint. At Zen Med Spa Aesthetics and Regenerative Medicine, Dr. Ahmadur Rahman and his team help patients in the areas of Manhattan and Jamaica, Queens, New York, achieve a more youthful look using Botox cosmetic injections.
There are a few reasons why patients choose Botox as their preferred method for treating crow’s feet. Let’s explore four main reasons why Botox continues to be a top solution for patients looking to improve their appearance and restore their once-youthful look.
